Exactly as pictured. Shipping was super fast. However, it wasn't specified that, being a replacement, it didn't include the OEM accessories (the extra tip and cable adapters) that the store off-the-shelf item would have. The description was modified after I messaged about the issue, likely as a defense in case I left negative feedback.
