Sales was polite and helpful, sent a replacement unit after first one failed to sustain 75% of its rating for any period of time (literally overloaded with 270w of its 360w rating), replacement unit was meant to be tested and ok, but failed when I tested it.
their technician proceeded to tell me that a 360w unit can only handle 250w for 1 minute and that it cant handle 270w longer than a few seconds.
the unit couldn't handle 270w for even nano seconds let alone 360w
communication has ceased.
