Incorrect item was delivered from the supplier, however after communicating with hello kitchen, was delivered the right unit personally by them without any delay.. very positive experience.. they even refunded me the paid price to match an in store promotion, great customer service..Robam range hood performance is nice so far, operating for last couple of days. however it’s bit noisy than what the original specs mention .
