To be fair it DID say “good” condition. So I acknowledged it wasn’t going to be 100% quality when I got my phone. That being said, there was only slight scratches on the phone which you really wouldn’t notice unless you looked closely with the light on. However putting on a case, hide them. There are no scratches, cracks, or anything on the buttons, camera lens, or screen though, which exceeded my expectations with eBay Refurbished. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

Wow it got here insanely fast and the condition of the phone is great. Just finished transferring over from my old iPhone 8 to a iPhone 12 and everything went super smooth. Only feedback is that it didn’t come with a charging cable which is fine since I already had other iPhones but just be aware for new buyers!

The phone arrived quickly and really well packaged. In beautiful, pristine condition and with all its functionality. The one let down was that I was told the phone would have ‘at least 85% battery life’ under its advertised excellent conditions, but it had only 83%. I’m still keeping the device, but I reached out to the seller to point out this error for better accuracy in their descriptions the future. They reached back out and acknowledged it.
