    Purchasing from this seller was great. Seller was punctual in responding to messages, products were shipped quickly and received 6 days prior to the estimated delivery date. The merchandise was Lenox china, the seller wrapped it in bubble wrap with foam peanuts and everything came in perfect condition. Nothing was broken even though one of the packages/boxes were dented in the shipping process.

    Item arrived broken, however it was wrapped in bubble wrap. Seller said I would have to open a case with the postal service because they were not able to. I did open the case and am still dealing with the postal service to get a resolution. I feel like the item I paid for and is broken became my problem to take care of. Not happy! I’m not blaming the seller but I don’t think I should have to pay for something that arrived broken. Would like a full refund.
