These items are an alternative(3mm) to the large roller sliders(37mm) which would not fit under the washer and counter. They can be placed under a washer, etc. and then the washer can be eased out either by sliding on the plastic and/or pulling the slider with the handles. Returning the Washer is the reverse. Just watch that the washer stays on the slider as you push back. It is a single person tool and you don't need to be Superman. My delivery was on time and the cost reasonable

The item was delivered and I am assuming it is as described as I have not seen it myself. It was delivered to a tenant.
As soon as I ordered the item I realised I needed 2 instead of one. The seller had a pack of 2 for sale which is cheaper than buying 2 individually. I immediately messaged seller to change the order so that I take the 2 pack instead of the single pack I had ordered. The seller never even bothered responding to my message. That I find shocking and won't buy from seller again.

The item arrived promptly but was sadly damaged in the post. We advised the seller who supplied a replacement, strongly packed and by return of post. The seller asked for a photo of the damage which we were happy to supply but failed to transfer from the phone to the PC. The seller was very patient, however, and we eventually sent them an email with said attachment from the phone. The spare part is now installed and working.
