The headroom was slightly too small to fit rollers (I tried), so these ski sliders were the only option. I had a stuggle, but managed to get the very heavy washing machine into place - I could not have managed at all without the ski sliders. (There is a dent in the front panel where my knee had been when I tried to push the washer into place before I bought the sliders.) The problem now is going to be getting the sliders out!

The item was delivered and I am assuming it is as described as I have not seen it myself. It was delivered to a tenant.
As soon as I ordered the item I realised I needed 2 instead of one. The seller had a pack of 2 for sale which is cheaper than buying 2 individually. I immediately messaged seller to change the order so that I take the 2 pack instead of the single pack I had ordered. The seller never even bothered responding to my message. That I find shocking and won't buy from seller again.

The item arrived promptly but was sadly damaged in the post. We advised the seller who supplied a replacement, strongly packed and by return of post. The seller asked for a photo of the damage which we were happy to supply but failed to transfer from the phone to the PC. The seller was very patient, however, and we eventually sent them an email with said attachment from the phone. The spare part is now installed and working.
