Received the jacket and upon opening noticed an obvious chip on the zipper pull with additional cosmetic touch ups that have been poorly “matched” . Looks like marker or nail polish to cover up chips over time. I reached out to the seller and was met with a mediocre response. The option proposed was a 10% restocking fee if returned followed by an accusation that I chipped the button myself….? If you’re looking for an easy experience, this may not be it.
