Received a smashed up box with damaged item because they sent it in a plastic bag with no padding. I sent detailed pictures to seller of the damaged package & item. I requested a replacement. The seller offered me a $2.00 rebate. Then I requested a replacement or refund. After waiting a few days the seller told me they wanted me to send them a video of it to their private email. It is against eBay policies to have correspondence outside of eBay. BAD SELLER
