Poor condition of item, and insecure packaging. Contacted seller who refused to take any responsibility for the poor condition that was reported. She stated how very heavily used the item was but still would not even offer an apology for the cup which arrived with sticky substance all over both sides of the image which despite washing will not come off. Poor ebay experience with a seller who feels they have a right to make a profit on old junk.
