Regarding the charges for eBays Global Shipping Program delivery costs were $17.66 - my other purchases of similar pins are delivered for $2- $3 eBay's Global Shipping Program is costly and no faster or cheaper than regular mail. As a result I have curtailed my eBay purchases to goods that cannot be purchased anywhere else.
