Super schnelle Lieferung, und prima Artikel: gleich eingebaut, nun geht der Staubsauger Roboter wieder. Bei Vorwerk kostet so eine Reparatur 200 Euro, mich hat es jetzt noch nicht Mal 20 gekostet. Vielen lieben Dank, lieber Verkäufer! Auch der Link zur Reparatur Leitung ist super!

Mit Händler vorab telefonisch Reparaturablauf besprochen. Am Dienstag Roboter weggeschickt und am Samstag war er schon wieder repariert zurück! Es wurden zusätzlich Verschleißteile (Seitenbürste, Filter, Gummilamellen, Rollen etc. ) ausgetauscht OHNE Aufpreis!! Die Altteile lagen im Paket bei. Außerdem waren eine Grundreinigung, ein Softwareupdate und der Hin- und Rückversand im Preis inkludiert. Habe selten so einen TOP-Service erlebt! Kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Die Reparatur meines Kobold VR 200 ist vorzüglich verlaufen. Er ist wie neu und funkktioniert wieder einwandfrei. Auf meine vorher gestellteb Fragen wurde promt und zu zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit geantwortet.
