    Invaluable insights for the ailing and those who care for and aboutthem

    Brilliant insights into how miraculous medicine happens. The best part for patients is Bernie Seigel's appreciation for the invaluable contribution made by engaged patients and their supporr team. Also important is his emphasis on the need for medical professionals who REALLY care about the people they are tasked to cure and listen carefully instead of handing out rote responses.

    a very uplifiting voice

    I originally bought this book for my husband when he got colon cancer as a upbeat and encouraging source to help him recover. I just got another copy for my friend who has liver cancer as I think anyone who is in dire straight deserves some hope and this book really provides it.
