Item arrived damaged/ broke due to no packing media between the ceramic head and neck. I promptly started a return with photos of damage included . The seller promptly accepted the return. After almost a week of return shipping by usps the seller received the return. The seller has not refunded after several days of receiving the damaged/broke returned item. Seller has a another similar review on a bad bobble head transaction. Unprofessional seller a waste of time stay away.
