The listing “clearly stated” that the cameras were compatible with my existing ARCCTV app. On opening the camera, it was not, it was the updated cameras which I do not want. I contacted seller and they edited the listing to state that it was not compatible with ARCCTV app. Support was very poor and delayed replies, no offer for any type of help at all. Now I have 2 x cameras with ANRAN software that I don’t like, the seller said I could send it back. But I have been down this trap before & lost $1000 on an inverter so I won’t send back. I am not happy with this seller’s false advert. He should remove false pic
