    7/29: Received item (12"x12" package). Missing a laser cut sheet that had to be longer than 12". Immediately contacted seller via eBay email (8/1) and told him delivery was missing parts. He stated he would get them and send out by end of week (8/4). Sent photo of what was received vs shown in post (8/7) I told him no hurry this is my fall/winter project build but sounded good. 8/16: Reminder to DR3, ummm not seeing anything or heard anything. 9/2 Another reminder, haven't heard anything.
