Arrived quickly and the general product is exactly as described and build quality is reasonable.The instrument is unplayable out of the box.There could have been a better pre-delivery technical set-up due to intonation being severely off.

Item received with a large dent in the corner of the box. Box had been previously opened, the opening tab has been ripped and repaired with tape, making me believe the item isn't new (it has definitely been opened before and the contents handled by someone) and is most likely a returned item due to the final point, being that the wireless transmitter is faulty and not performing to expectations. Communication with seller has been good, currently awaiting on a resolution to this problem.
