    Not as good as original Sweatin to the Oldies 1.

    The DVD was of good quality and works fine---I was just disappointed that this was no where as good as the original Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies volume one. Wish I could exchange.

    Oldies Songs and Dance Type Movement

    This is one of the Richard Simmons Sweatin' to the Oldies DVDs. I am a 69 year old woman and will use this DVD this winter when it is too cold to walk outside and I don't want to drive to the mall to walk. The "dance" moves are easy to follow, and it's easy to modify them if they're too easy, too difficult, or not right for you because of other limitations. This isn't an exercise DVD for people who are wanting to combine body weight exercises with low impact moves, it's just marching, clapping, and simple dance moves set to songs like "It's My Party," "Peggy Sue," "Great Balls of Fire" and "Wipeout." If you like oldies songs and want to have fun while working out then this DVD would be a great choice.

    Got here in a reasonable time. The CD quality is not excellent but very good for the price. It skips in a couple places but not enough to ruin the exercise regimen. Overall happy with the product.

    Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies 1

    I love this exercise dvd. It is fun and really gets you moving and sweating. Great for someone just starting out. I like that it is low impact aerobics, easy to follow along, and Richard Simmons makes it fun.

    Exercise can be fun!

    One of the things I really like about this DVD is that those who are doing the exercises are NOT ALL SLIM AND TRIM MODELS. There are precipitants of every age, size and color. Richard Simmons makes exercising fun for all of them. I am 81 years old and I like this better than any other exercise program that I have tried. I hope Richard realizes how many people he has helped.
