Item is great and at a good price but communication was poor. According to the item description it was supposed to be sent by Express post arriving within 3 days. When the tracking came through the expected delivery was 7-10 days. When I queried this they made excuses blaming ebays policies around estimating arrival dates and tried to fob me off with an ebay disclaimer about late deliveries but when the jacket eventually arrived it was by standard parcel not the express post it should have been
