    I was a bit concerned about changing the tank on my Epson ET-3850 as I had never done it before. The new tank arrived on time and I opened it. took the screw out of the back of the printer which holds the tank cover on and to my amazement it was so easy that I couldn't believe it, in under a minute the old tank was out and in a plastic bag (as I had had visions of old ink going everywhere) and the replacement tank fitted and the cover screwed on. A great replacement item I will be ordering again

    Does the job

    Easy to install following the instructions. However, it would have been helpful if they also gave information in obtaining and installing a reset code and software to reset the printer's counters
