    A factual history of the Israeli Attack on USS Liberty

    I've been researching the Israel unprovoked attack on the USS Liberty in 1967 and found this book invaluable. Israel attack the USS Liberty, an unarmed spy ship, attached to NSA that was in International Waters and well known to the Israel Military & Navy forces. Yet they attempted to kill everyone aboard and sink a US ship of the line with UNMARKED Israeli fighter jets and torpedo boats. They managed to kill 34 and wound 170 US Sailers.     Assault On The Liberty by James Ennes

    This book describes the daily lives of a military crew on a United States Naval ship; it pulls no punches. Mr. Ennes writes a very descriptive "picture" of what it was like to serve and live on a ship which was attacked by Israel in 1967 --- and then the ship and crew left for dead by our own United States government. I purchased this book for placement in our public library. I believe everyone should know the TRUTH about this attack which was excused by our government as a "mistake made by Israel". Please --- read the book and decide for yourself!
