I ordered these grill inserts for my BMW and they sent me a piece of black plastic!!! Seriously, just a small piece of black plastic that has no known application. Once I contacted them, they asked me to gather shipping return info and cost and they would refund me the return cost after I return. I don’t have the time or want to use my effort to ship a small piece of trash to another country. I took the loss so you don’t have to!!

I purchased mirror caps for my vehicle and even though there was a "✅ This Item Fits" sadly it did not fit so beware. Reading some reviews I thought I would have been burned and I would never receive a refund. However, the seller was amazing to deal with.
