Superb customer service from a five star seller. When the items arrived damage, and, yes, they were well packed, the seller immediately refunded my money. I didn't expect a full refund, so I was really pleased with the high quality of service I received. I could tell that the plates were exactly as described, until the shipping company tried playing basketball with the box. Sheesh. Again, NOT the sellers fault.

Item was as described, other than it was pictured in its original box, but was shipped in a much smaller box and the foam from the original box had been cut in order to fit it into the smaller box. I made the assumption that I would be receiving it in its original box as shown in the picture. The original box would have been ideal to store it in. I will now need to find a larger box. A nice mask. Thank you!
