    If you're looking to remove heavy rust this isn't your solution, takes forever, & doesn't get it all.. laser beam is all show little go. their support sucks, if you contact them with a problem prepare to get a return call at 9:30pm by a Chinese man with a translator, if they get back to you at all. The picture is a fender i worked on for 3 hrs, contacted them to ask if i was doing something wrong, if they could send me a screenshot of the best settings for heavy rust. They never got back to me
