Thick but easy to apply. Extremely soothing and healing.
I first used this product in 1980 and have recommended it ever since. It has been used on my grown up grandkids and I've recently purchased it for my newest grandchild. Fantastic product. Not just for nappy rash. It works quickly and highly effectively.

Lifesaving Cream

Best Product Ever - Healing & soothing - love the smell!

Best rash/skin irritation treatment ever.
I've been using this for 40+ years and it is the most effective nappy rash and general first aid cream I've ever used. When my last tin finally ran out after YEARS, I was most disappointed to find that it was no longer carried at any of the chemists that used to stock it. e.g. My young cousin's baby had a nappy rash that nothing she'd tried had improved, and both she and the baby were distressed. Gave her a small jar of this and the rash cleared up in only a few days and it gave relief to the baby after one application. My mother has been using it for over 40 years. She's 80 and her skin looks amazing. Skin of a 70 year old. She uses it on her face, on sunburn, scratches, rashes and cuts. She has the strongest nails too. I thought I'd give it a try. So far have been putting it on my face and nails. So far I'm happy. Nails feel stronger & finally growing.
