Unfortunately my tablet case arrived damaged with rips in its inner lining and one clip broken. The case itself looked good and fitted my 10.4 inch tablet beautifully. The seller was contacted and responded immediately offering a partial reimbursed. I counter offered with an amount of $20 seeing as the keyboard works fine and similar items can be purchased for $15 online.I was told that they would indeed refund me 20 and I could keep the keyboard. They refunded the money promptly no dramas.

These are really nice tablet cases and they even came with a pen. They were a fantastic price & are well made. But the seller should seriously consider finding another courier because Yodel were in no rush whatsoever to deliver them.
