Sellers communication was poor, I had to reach out and ask where my sons costume was a week after purchasing it because it was still saying in auspost app that it was ready for processing & hadn’t been sent yet. Seller said they’d get back to me and didn’t, just asked if I wanted a refund. I said no, item finally showed up maybe 3 days later.
