Purchased weather shields for my new car there were horribly scratched and Damaged due to poor packaging agreed to send back to seller to use a a example why proper packaging is important was not fully refunded after being told don’t worry we never leave our customer out of pocket or with loss. communication was extremely poor even sending seller screenshots of sent weather shields was asked for confirmation again after already sending them still out of pocket and no communication 2 month later
