Poor service and poor packaging! Item was not packaged well with any protection and arrived damaged. I contacted seller with photos and they ignored me. I would not buy from this seller again, and would not recommend.

The item box had a significant hole in it whereas the postage box did not. I can only conclude that the item was sent already damaged.

This was an eBay International Shipping order to Australia. We shipped an undamaged item to the eBay International Shipping hub in the US. It's unfortunate that the buyer received it damaged. They requested a refund, which eBay would have been happy to provide them if they returned the item. The buyer chose not to do so.
