Worst Company I have ever had to deal with. The Lamp I purchased was supposed to be an OEM Lamp. I have my doubts. It was dim from the first time we turned on our TV. It stopped working less than 2 months after it was installed. The company said they have a (1) warranty on the Lamp. I have went round and round with them and they keep side stepping giving us the Warranty on the Lamp. They keep telling me to send picture of the Lamp with all of their delays. Just send me a return slip already.

Seller shipped Chinese knock-off bulb claiming it was oem. Listing says OEM, and pictures were of the OEM but the bulb I received was not OEM. Even the box it came in said “Original Guaranteed”. Even the wattage was lied about. 280 watts (barely), not 310. Had to put our old bulb back in. I can bet this fake bulb was barely 250 watts. Don’t trust this seller. I will never purchase from him again. Sending the fake bulb back. Bulb on the right in my pictures is oem. Fake is on the left.
