Technically, an androsphinx is a size large creature, but I suspect the wings and tail made it difficult to balance nicely on the 50mm base, which is why the base is huge, technically one size up. But the clear base has a printed ring to clearly show the accurate space it takes up on a battle map, which is a very effective solution. Very high quality, in perfect condition, and an outstanding value!
