The Seller sent me a defective clock with USB missing. Nowhere on the package or the instructions show that the there is a built in radio on the clock as against the product advertised. When contacted the seller offered 10 percent compensation and insisted to keep the defective clock. This is no way of business. Why should I pay for a defective item. Will sort help from ebay itself.
