Positives: seller replied quickly, product is as described. Came within few weeks, across national borders.
Negative: for cost of shipping, product could have been packaged more securely. I was expecting bat to be fully bubble wrapped rather than just portions. Cardboard box pretty dented once arrived. I understand seller cannot control how package is handled once shipped, but more secure packaging inside and a better box would be preferred (compared with other bats I have ordered elsewhere).
