Very poor service. Teddy was not fit for a baby like they said it was as it has a zip in the back when opened exposes stuffing. The seller has been very unhelpful and refused a refund and not sent a return label. My grandchild has been left without a birthday present and I have lost £23.99. Also loose feds on teddy.
