About this product

Product Information

When Nazi Germany began bearing down on Europe in the late 1930s, Herman Bodson was a student pacifist at the University of Brussels. As the reality of eventual invasion sank into his soul, he entered the resistance and five years of dangerous work as, in his words, ""a fighter and a killer"".

Super impressed with this seller! They had the best price by far for this book! Both the cost of the book and the shipping fee was far better than average! The book came exactly as described, it was well packaged and quite a bit earlier than expected! The seller was polite and replied quickly to my messages. I’ll definitely make another purchase soon! Thank you to the seller! Be safe and keep up the great work!

WONDERFUL book! Better than described, in just like new condition [not just good]. Packaged very carefully, shipped very securely. Great seller, would buy from again in a heartbeat! No communication occurred, but I imagine it would have been as good as the rest of their customer service. Very happy with purchase, thank you very much!

This was a great read. The OSS and Resistance efforts have always been of interest to me. Most books of their work is usually brief and cover the highlights of their exploits. This book was of great detail of one agents work during the entire war. The day to day work of planning the blowing of the telephone cable to Berlin was outstanding. When the Germans got one section repaired, the Resistance would blow another section. Great story.
