First and foremost, I like the light.
That said, it does not fit Excursions as tight as the original light. This replacement is likely slightly different to fit many models. Notice the fit up of the original... small gaps. Then the "new & improved" light. I'm keeping it, but will caulk the gaps as I don't want a ton of Arizona sand getting trapped or the heavy monsoon rains from shorting anything out.
