Also the pictures do not show those items specifically. So I am still confused if the items (usd$226 worth) should have been included or not Finally, I could not message or contact the seller.     Excellent quality

    I bought this to see if playing my home made DVDs would look better on a Blu-Ray player then on my supposedly higher end Samsung standard DVD player - and they do! The Samsung, with any resolution from 480i to 1080P, always showed what I like to call "frizzies" around images; which became especially noticeable when played on my 48" Sony Bravia! With this Denon player they are hardly noticeable in any resolution! Colors are fantastic and the sound is great with just standard red/white audio cables! This unit doesn't have all the bells and whistles that usually get crowded into newer Blue-Ray, and DVD, players; but it is a great player if all you want to do with it is watch movies! Denon spent the money on the best guts, not on gizmos one may never use! This powered up, loaded, and played ...

    Awesome dvd player

    I was in the market for a decent blu-ray dvd player. Pricing ranged from $100 to $2500 dollars. Sony was a forerunner in the decision process because they have very nice performing units in the $300 range. Then I found this very nice Denon product for about the same price. Picture and sound quality are awesome. The start up is a little slower than a basic dvd player but about the same for all high definition units. Overall a great product.

    Exellent Blu ray!!!

    After buying my 50 inch plasma i couldnt stand watching movies on my $30.00 480 dvd player so i wanted a new one. then i started looking at blu rays. I spent alot of time looking at the most common brands such as sony, samsung, lg etc. they all had a flaw for a review and just didnt catch my eye. i began looking into this product and found it on ebay for aaround 375. i spent about 6 months looking for the right one and this is it, you wont be dissapointed.
