Received the Fram Cabin filter in safe condition but the original box it came in was pretty pathetic. It looks like the person that opened it had no clue how to properly open a filter box. It was ripped from both sides than Scotch taped together. Will continue to purchase on E-bay but have noticed from several Vendors that the quality and care has slipped a little over the years. Been shopping E-Bay for almost 20 years.
