    Seller described the item as new. One of the front mud flaps had obvious signs of attempts to mount it and accessory bag of pins had been opened and at least two (2) pins were missing.

    I just wanted to reach out and apologize for any issues you had with these. I may have have been unclear that I attempted to put them on my car and they did not fit as it was an ST, which would explain the attempt to mount it. I also was unaware it was missing two pins. Since I had them for the better part of 8 years or so I should have checked more carefully to ensure everything was there. Again, I apologize for any issues you may have had and hope that you were still able to use them.
