I received the item in very good condition. It was not sent with the box but I agreed to it and partially refunded. It was communicated to me before it was shipped. The item was sent in a bag compressed with water leakage prevention. The seller communicated before and after shipment which shows a good customer service. I love the extras the seller sent especially the key ring which has the picture of my bias. definitely will buy with this seller again in the future!
