    No1 Bookseller is unfortunately an unreliable seller. Despite the listing stating there were 10 units in stock, I was contacted the day after placing my order to be told there were in fact none in stock. Very disappointing and a waste of time. Also, I found that if you're ordering multiple items, the shipping costs add up to be really very costly. Then when the seller cancelled my order to initiate my refund, the seller gave an untrue reasoning for the refund.

    Brilliant cream

    This cream is amazing. It is the best cream that I have found for very dry skin. I have psoriasis that flares up at times and this cream clears it up really quickly. It has also been good helping to heal my scar on my hip from a total hip replacement.

    E45 cream is just as good, but is a lot cheaper than Cetraben cream.

    I used this product for a week on dry, flaking skin, after I had been using E45 cream, which is a lot less expensive. Cetraben came in a 50 gram tub and I bought the E45 cream in a 500 gram tub for about £6.00. I could not notice any difference in the result after applying the both products for over a week, so I have gone back to using E45 cream.
