Ebay requires me to have tracking information uploaded in one day to maintain my top rated seller status. If I mail in an envelope, there is no tracking, and I get penalized. Also, there is no proof of delivery, which protects you the buyer, and me the seller. Next time find another thing to add to your order and the shipping will be free. I can ship a lot of small parts for the same price, but the initial cost is set by the post office, not me. I have a small $1 handling fee on each sale.
