My item was delivered on Feb. 03rd as stated, not sure if it was in brand new condition as it was flattened and stuffed inside of padded envelope. My issue is that it did not have any return information- I had to go through my orders to see who I should address my concerns with. The case was not big enough to hold my Nuface items along with the products while I will be traveling. I did not use it at all, only wanted to return ASAP so I would not have a problem.
