Now in my late 50's and with multiple issues due to my younger lifestyle, I use it every morning to help me get moving. In my opinion, it is better than the leading brands, because it doesn't contain any nasties that can cause issues with long term frequent use, like the ones that contain Synthetic Anti-Inflametory medication.
