Seller (based in Hong Kong) quick to communicate, but English being his second language made communication a bit difficult. Seller couldn't supply technical information on product. Have had to purchase a separate signal adapter in attempt to get tacho to respond to input - untested as still awaiting delivery. Quick to post.
