This seller promptly mailed the five pins/badges I purchased. They were each individually protected in bubble wrap and posted in a rigid cardboard box for protection. I am so pleased you offered this badge with an image of the Menai Suspension Bridge over the Menai Strait (toward Llanfair.... on the Island of Anglesey in northwest Wales). This seller had great communication with the buyer (me). I am so pleased you made this pin available. With So Much Appreciation !!!!!!!

  • I'm scouting for something a bit more varied.

As an artist, Scouting For Girls is a fine band. They're songs are catchy, successful, and I suppose something a bit unique in today's charts. But buying this CD will not get you value for your money. Why? Because you are not buying 3 songs, or 7, or 12- you're buying one. Yes, technically there are several different tracks on this CD, but the songs are all so similar to each other that you won't notice the difference. In all honesty, the same chords are used through the whole album. The same theme is used in all of the songs. The same dynamics are held throughout every song on the album. Then why are Scouting For Girls so successful? Why are their songs so catchy? I'll tell you why- because they don't seem to be intuitive or musically minded enough to try something new. Take "Elvis Ain't ...

  • An all round great album!!!

WOW.This album beat all of my expectations.I have known these boys for around a year and was there when they signed on Valentines' day (awww!).I can't describe the feeling i got when i first seen the promo to She's so lovely. The song is pop with a youthful rock twist and has a fun and cheeky bowling style video.Heartbeat starts off slow and becomes a sing-a-long pop masterpiece that the crowd start off at concerts.James Bond sounds like it could be a dull filler but it's one of the best on the album.Has a strange futuristic beginning to draw you in and a huge chorus. It's not about you is one of my favourites on here.A ballad but not one ounce of cheese,is in fact very grown up and in my eyes quite beautiful. A hidden track is also included and the cd insert contains photos of the boys in ...

  • Strong Debuts (as debuts go).

This was an album that snuck up on me. Kept hearing the single, "Elvis Ain't Dead" on local Manx radio, but they would never say who the band was (or I kept missing the intro). Eventually caught the name & went hunting on ebay for a copy of the album. For a first effort, it is certainly better than most. Locked into a keyboard led, uptempo framework it is a catchy creation without descending into frothy pop. The current single, "Heartbeat" is an even stronger song than "Elvis". The "hidden" track at the end of the album dedicated to Michaela Strachan is a fitting closer to a satisfying listen. Eleven cuts (incl. the hidden one) comes highly recommended but I can only hope that they will expand their musical vision for the next release
