Items were well packed and received on time. The Noritake Reina Teapot and Coffee Pot (i.e., small) were in excellent condition, and were cleaned. Seller was also responsive to all my questions. These items are beautiful, and match perfectly with my other pieces. I would definitely purchase from the seller again.
One complaint for EBAY and not the seller. Automatic purchase when bidding/winning items makes it difficult for the seller to combine/reimburse shipping for multiple items.
