No communication. Asked him where is my stuff and only then he answered that it’s on backorder. Asked me if I can wait and I said yes then I got notification that a tracking number was provided. I received instead a bogus envelope. He cannot understand that, he cannot make me wait and expect to find at the mailbox a certain item and then I find nothing. He did refund and he honestly believes that that makes it OK a month later. I would never ever recommend somebody like him.
