The item had a smell when it arrived that was removed by washing. Seller agreed to combine shipping of more than one item was purchased. When I received the items and requested the promised refund, the seller refused stating that I had already gotten a big enough discount (the multi purchase discount available on the storefront) and that they would not be refunding the shipping cost. Everything was shipped in the same package but I was charged 3x for shipping. See pictures of our interaction.
