Item as pictured. Tachometer responded to power and light input, but didn't respond to negative coil signal. Seller (based in Hong Kong) quick to communicate, but English being his second language made communication a bit difficult. Seller couldn't supply technical information on product. Have had to purchase a separate signal adapter in attempt to get tacho to respond to input - untested as still awaiting delivery. Quick to post.
